Kind, caring, patient with a real passion for her chosen profession Chantel is a dog groomer who stands head and shoulders above others. The depth and wealth of knowledge I have gained under her guidance and tuition is unparalleled and I cannot thank her for all the support and the ongoing support she offers. I've just completed the 6-week Advanced Dog Grooming Course, and I must say that it was one of the best experiences of my life, thus far. Chantel and Paul are wonderful people who bent over backwards to make me feel comfortable, confident and ready to head-off to my new career. I didn't think that it was possible to learn so much in such a short space of time, but I did, and whilst I'm only beginning my dog grooming adventure, Chantel has shown me how to run a grooming parlour to the highest standard. Scruffy to Fluffy focuses on the welfare of the dogs that come in to be groomed, and that is something that I will most certainly be doing in my own parlour, hopefully in the very near future! I have recently completed a six-week dog grooming course at scruffy 2 fluffy, and alongside learning so many new skills, gaining experience and knowledge, i also had an amazing time. I am now putting what i learnt at scruffy2fluffy to good use and setting up my own business. whatever she can to assist you along the way. The salon is a great environment to learn in, with everything you need right there. Chantel is dedicated to keeping herself right up to the mark regarding all the latest industry regulations and changes and imparts this knowledge to her students. We had a great variety of dogs to work with on the course, and its obvious everyone at the salon truly cares and loves to be around dogs. Just wanted to add a few comments about the training I received whilst doing my course at Scuffy 2 fluffy. I was welcomed from day one and received nothing but the best of training. Chantel is always with you and explains everything well and installed a lot of confidence in me. She covers all aspects of grooming/setting up your own business in great detail and gives excellent hints and tips. The atmosphere is relaxed but busy and you are treated like a valued staff member. You are given a wide variety of dogs to groom which is excellent experience for future employment. After the course she continues to be on hand if needed to run things past her or give valuable suggestions etc and I honestly feel I have gained a friend as well. I cannot recommend the course enough as it has enabled me to follow my dream of once again working with animals. Thank you, Chantel, :) and Jonpaul :)

I did the 4-week professional course at scruffy 2 Fluffy and enjoyed every minute. Chantel is a very experienced groomer and an excellent tutor. I was a complete beginner and Chantel was always patient and gave me encouragement all the way through. It's a really practical course which I loved; I clipped a dog on my first day! I felt safe to use my own initiative, knowing that Chantel was always on hand with support and advise. Scruffy 2 Fluffy is professional but an extremely friendly atmosphere, both Chantel and Paul made me feel very welcome. Highly recommended to anyone wanting to learn grooming.

I spent 4 weeks training here and loved every moment of it. S2F is a professional, 5* dog grooming salon. I can only hope that my new business is of the same calibre! Chantel is a great instructor who makes you feel at ease as soon as you walk through the door. In my opinion, it's the best place to train if you want to run your own business as you train in a real life salon, dealing with dogs of varying personalities. Chantel also organises other courses at the salon (first aid, bite prevention, microchipping) as well as doing a C&G in dog grooming. It's so hard to find one of the courses in Wales let alone all of them together! Can't wait to come back in the Summer now to complete those too. Janice Haskett I would like to highly recommend this company. My dog enjoyed so much going for her grooming. She was looked after and treated with love while she was there and always came home with a beautiful hair cut and smelling beautiful.
